1 February 2007, HSF Visby expands in new
factory
February 1st, 2007 the HSF Group inaugurates
its new 2500 sq.m facilities in Klintehamn,
Sweden. The newly acquired factory offers excellent
conditions for the business areas -surface mounting
equipment, electronic assembly activities and
service production equipment.
To highlight the investment and reflect the
business unit focus, the name will be changed
to HSF Electronics. |

26 October 2006, HSF Group acquires LP Tech
HSF Group have acquired 2/3 of Lysekil Plating
Technology AB (LP Tech) in Lysekil outside Gothenburg
in Sweden. LP Tech is in the business of making
high quality surface treatments for customers
in space technology, aeroplane technology and
telecom. The business concept is to make surface
treatment for low quantities in a short time
and to a high quality.
LP Tech can handle the following processes:
Electroplated Gold, Electroplated Silver, Electroplated
Copper, Chemical Nickel, Teflon Etching, and
X-ray measurements of surface thickness.
HSF Group will have synergy effects to be able
to at within the group have processes and knowledge
about high quality surface treatment. This acquisition
further strengthens and broadens the possibilities
to meet our customer demands and to be able
to have new exciting projects. |

2 June 2006, HSF acquires Elimag
Göteborg AB
We're happy to announce that Elimag
Göteborg AB now is a part of HSF Group after
an acquisition from Beijer-Alma. Elimag is a company
in Mölndal, just outside Gothenburg, specialised
in high speed machining and salt bath dip brazing
of aluminium. Elimag is an important complement
to the HSF Group. |

4 May 2006, HSF Group acquires
the remaining shares in Medeto
After a three year long fruitful cooperation with
Beijer-Alma publ AB, HSF group have acquired Beijer-Alma's
50% part ownership of the Medeto Group. The Medeto
Group is from now 100% owned by the HSF Group. |

10 March 2006, HSF Group buys a new punching
machine

The machine,
a Finnpower Express Compact C5, will increase
the sheet metal production capacity dramatically
at Tarkon Lehtmetall in Estonia. |

an Index G160 turn-mill center for producing

12 December 2005, HSF Tarkon gets ISO
14000 approval
We're now happy to inform that in addition to the ISO
9000:2000 approval, HSF Tarkon now also are approved
asccording to ISO 14000. |

1 September 2005, HSF Group starts
up business in China
Hallberg-Sekrom starts up business in China. It will
be established in Wuxi, within the Yangste River Delta
in the south east coast of China, 130 km northwest of
Shanghai, an area where many multi international companies
are represented. The business will be the same concept
as the business in Tartu, Estonia. Hallberg-Sekrom will
with that be strategically placed in Sweden, Baltic
and in China. |

1 September 2005, New name
To indicate the big changes to a global contract manufacturer,
the company name will be changed from Hallberg-Sekrom
to HSF Group. The company can now offer everything from
design to high volume production in mechanics (lathing,
milling, sheet metal works), electronics, box built,
and after market. Gunnar Bergström, Managing Director,
says that hes very pleased to be able to offer
the companys increasing number of global customers
production in China and by doing so further strengthen
HSF Groups position on the market |

HSF Group have purchased a very qualified
SMT line which is now ready to take in use in Visby
where we have very high knowledge and long experience
in SMT. |
